Nick Cammarata was a 13 year old teen who was diagnosed with T-Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL) on the Fourth of July, 2008. For four months Nick struggled to get into remission. He was a candidate for a bone marrow transplant and a match was found at the end of September. He went into remission in October.
On October 26, 2008, Nick lost his valiant fight with cancer, but his spirit and love surrounds us all daily.
The mission of ‘Nick’s Fight to be Healed Foundation, Inc.’ is to support pediatric blood cancer patients as well as serve the young adult blood cancer community.
