Welcome to our new web site! 

Nick's Fight to be Healed Foundation is now an official 501 (c) (3) nonprofit corporation.  We are able to accept online tax deductible donations and can receive matching gifts from your company.  We currently have matching gift programs set up for Cisco Systems and GE.

Thank you for your support in helping other children with pediatric blood cancer and keeping Nick's spirit alive!

 

 

Nick loved laughing and making other people laugh.  He won this hat during Spanish club and he loved to wear it.

 

Nick Cammarata was a 13 year old teen who was diagnosed with T-Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL) on the Fourth of July, 2008.

For four months Nick struggled to get into remission. He was a candidate for a bone marrow transplant and a match was found at the end of September. He went into remission in October.

On October 26, 2008, Nick lost his valiant fight with cancer, but his spirit and love surrounds us all daily.

The mission of ‘Nick’s Fight to be Healed Foundation, Inc.’ is to support pediatric blood cancer patients as well as serve the young adult blood cancer community.
